摘要 PURPOSE:To greatly intensify the moisture resistance of the optical memory element and to improve the reliability as a memory element by using an adhesive prepd. compounded with a gamma-methacryloxy propyltrimethoxysilane 4 part as an anaerobic property imparting UV curing adhesive added with an adhesion property imparting agent. CONSTITUTION:Recording material layers 2 are formed on the surfaces of supporting base bodies 1 and after adhesives 3 are applied over the entire surface of the surfaces having these recording material layers 2, two sheets of the supporting base bodies are stuck to each other in the form that the recording material layers face each other. Transparent buffer parts 5 are irradiated with UV rays from the one base body side and are adhered by curing with UV rays. The recording member parts are adhered by the anaerobic curing property. The magneto-optical memory element which enables DRAW recording and erasing of information is formed by successively sputtering memory thin films consisting of amorphous GdTbFe, dielectric films consisting of ALN and reflecting films consisting of SUS on, for example, the glass substrates into a laminated structure, the sticking these substrates by the adhesives in the form of opposing the film surfaces to each other. The gamma-methacryloxy propyltrimethoxysilane 4 part is compounded and applied to the element in such a case.
