<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material for positive electrode active material for lithium secondary battery capable of having coexistence of high capacity, improvement of load characteristics such as rate and output characteristics, excellent cycle characteristics, low cost, high voltage withstanding, and high safety. <P>SOLUTION: The material for positive electrode active material for lithium secondary battery is made by mixing a lithium-contained transition metal compound powder A which is obtained by a manufacturing method including at least a slurry preparation process to obtain a slurry in which a lithium compound, a transition metal compound of one kind or more including Mn, Ni, and Co, and an additive to suppress grain growth and sintering at calcination are pulverized in a liquid medium and dispersed uniformly, a spraying and drying process to spray and dry the slurry obtained, and a calcination process to calcine the sprayed and dried powder obtained, and a lithium-contained transition metal complex oxide powder B which has a layered structure and contains Li and Ni and Co as the transition metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
