<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information apparatus equipped with a cover locking mechanism in which catches forming a pair and moving in conjunction with each other are disposed, and in a state where one of the catches is locked to one of locking pins, the other catch is not locked to the other locking pin. <P>SOLUTION: A receipt printer 100 includes an upper cover 13 which is disposed in an apparatus body 11 and is turned in an openable and closable manner, and the cover locking mechanism 21 which locks the upper cover 13 to a closed state with respect to the apparatus body 11. The cover locking mechanism 21 has the catches 33 forming a pair disposed in the upper cover 13 and moving in conjunction with each other and the locking pins 32, 32 forming a pair which are disposed in the apparatus body 11 and to which the catches 33 are respectively locked. The one of the catches 33 is so formed as to have a portion enlarged in contour having a size equivalent to an amount displaced by chattering of the upper cover 13 with respect to the apparatus body 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
