PURPOSE: To provide a simple coffee extractor having an excellent function at a low cost without using a complex and expensive control circuit. CONSTITUTION: This coffee extractor is provided with a water container 1, a heating element 13 guiding the water in the water container 1 to a water passing pipe 14 and heating it, a passage selector valve 3 for selectively guiding the heated water to the water container 1 or a shower dome opening/closing chamber 8 and a milling chamber 10, a water flowing passage having discharge pipes A4, B5 connected to the passage selector valve 3, a discharge pipe C6 branched from the discharge pipe B5 and arranged in the shower dome opening/ closing chamber 8, and a discharge pipe D7 arranged in the milling chamber 10, and a shape memory spring 2 operating the passage selector valve 3. |
