PURPOSE: To prevent the transfer speed of a network from being reduced due to the increment of servers by transferring processing data to a document sever in each section and executing work flow processing in each section in the case of work flow processing applied to plural sections. CONSTITUTION: At the time of preparing a document, a client A acquires work flow information through networks A, X in order to allow the document to flow. Then the client A selects a work flow capable of easily allowing the document to flow and registers document data and work flow data in a server A. When the selected data are contents to be transferred to a client B, the client B acquires the document from the server A. Thus the server A controls the circulation of the document to plural clients managed by the server A itself. When the work flow is changed to another network B based upon the work flow data at the time of circulation, the server A transfers the data to a server B to control the work flow in the network B. |
