<p>PURPOSE: To judge the adequacy of monitor/operation without judgement of an instructor and to precisely evaluate a technical correction point of an operator without missing it. CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted so that an operation target achievement, degree is evaluated by comparing selection results of picture selection part 17 and operation procedure selection part 19, an identification result of an abnormal phenomenon identification part 16 with the operation data of a plant by the operator collected by a data collection part 12, the selection data of the monitoring picture and the abnormal phenomenon identification data, and comparing plant operation timing, picture selection timing and abnormal phenomenon identification timing by an expert operator with the plant operation timing, picture selection timing and abnormal phenomenon identification timing by the operator.</p> |
