PURPOSE: To selectively make alkali ion water, astringent water and sterilized water if necessary by one ion water maker. CONSTITUTION: A salt adding means 3 adding salt to water to be electrolyzed is arranged on the upstream side of the inflow ports 9, 10 of an electrolytic cell 2 and a residual chlorine removing means 4 for decomposing and removing residual chlorine in electrolytic water is arranged to the bypass passage 33 branched from a part of a water emitting passage on the downstream side of the outflow ports 25, 26 of the electrolytic cell 2 and the passage changeover valve 6 mutually changing over the water emitting passage 30 and the bypass passage 33 is arranged. |
