Disclosed are compounds of formula (I), wherein the symbols R1, R2 and R3 has the meaning defined in disclosure, symbols R4 and R5 are always H, (C1-C6)alkyl, fluorine, chlorine, hydroxyl, (C1-C3)alkoxyl, aminogroup, optionally (C1-C3)-alkylsubstituted or (C1-C4)-perfluorinealkyl group, symbols R6 and R7 are always H or (C1-C4)-alkyl and X is H, imine-group or (C1-C4)-alkylimine-group, as well as their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, process for production of these compounds and medicaments containing them. These compound are effective inhibitors of the cell interchangeable system Na+/H+, hence they are suitable for treatment of diseases related to the increased interchange Na+/H+.
