PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match the actual position of a radio terminal during communication and the position information of the radio terminal provided in a mobile communication network in real time by communicating the position information of the radio terminal even at the time of receiving call setting request signals in hand- over. SOLUTION: A signal reception part 61 receives signals from a radio base station housing device 5 and transmits them to a signal analysis part 62.
