PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compsn. for a nonconductive light shielding layer which is stable over a long period, has excellent light shielding capability and black color degree and is suitable for manufacture of the nonconductive light shielding layer and the nonconductive light shielding layer and color filters manufactured by using the compsn. SOLUTION: This compsn. for the nonconductive light shielding layer consists essentially of an alkaline-soluble binder, a photopolymerizable monomer, high- polymer material additives, a photopolymn. initiator, pigments and a solvent. In such a case, the pigments contains at least one kind selected from CuMn2 O4 and the component oxide particulates formed by substituting Fe, Co and/or Ni for a part of the CuMn2 O4 . The nonconductive light shielding layer and color filter are obtd. by using such compsn. |
