Binder for building structures

The present invention relates to a binder for a building structure comprising a main ingredient and a curing agent; the main ingredient being an epoxy acrylate resin diluted with a reactive monomer comprising esters of carboxylic acid and alcohol, at least one of which is a multifunctional ester containing a reactive double bond; the curing agent being an organic peroxide; and an accelerator of the main ingredient being a tertiary aromatic amine containing a hydroxyl group in a nitrogen substituent.
