<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and air-conditioning system capable of spreading the heating and air-conditioning air over the whole underfloor space of a building with simple constitution and moreover spreading the heating and air-conditioning air over the whole interior of the building. <P>SOLUTION: The heating and air-conditioning system for carrying out heating and air-conditioning of the underfloor and above-floor space of the building 1 is provided with floor louvers 11-14 serving for communication between respective living rooms and the underfloor space 10; a ventilator 50 in the underfloor space 10; and partitions 20-23 in the underfloor space 10 to form ventilating passages 40-42 for guiding ventilating air blown from the ventilator 50, to the floor louvers 11-14 of the respective living rooms. The ventilating paths 40-42 are provided with heating and air-conditioning apparatus 60-64, and the ventilating air is allowed to flow along the ventilating passages 40-42 to carry out heating and air-conditioning of the underfloor space 10 and the above-floor space of the building 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
