The casement or leaf frame (10) and or inner frame (12) each has a replaceable outer shells (16,18,20) detachably held by a positively locking tongue and groove connection (22,24,26,28). The wooden shells (18) for the inner frame or for the case or for the leaf or casement frame extend over the entire length, whereas the horizontal wooden shells (16,20) are clamped with their end sides against the vertical wooden shells.
