摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system installed with an ejector in which impurities such as generated water or the like remaining in a fuel cell can be exhausted effectively. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system 1 is provided with a fuel cell 2, a supplying flow channel 22 to supply a fuel gas to the fuel cell 2, a circulating flow channel 23 to return a fuel off-gas exhausted from the fuel cell 2 to the supplying flow chanel 22, a pressure adjusting unit 32 which adjusts a gas pressure in an upper stream side of the supplying flow channel 22 and supplies it to a down stream side and an ejector 24 which is installed at a connecting part between the supplying flow channel 22 and the circulating flow channel 23 and combines the fuel gas and the fuel off-gas and ejects the combined gas and in which an area of an ejecting port of the combined gas is made changeable. The system is also provided with a controlling means 5 which, when impurities in the fuel cell are required to be exhausted, increases the gas pressure of the gas supplied from the pressure adjusting unit 32 and controls the pressure adjusting unit 32 and the ejector 24 so that an area of the ejecting port of the ejector 24 can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
