PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically switching an absorptive magnetic force is provided to prevent an accident by freely rotating a magnetic body even when a strong shock is applied to a body by fixing a fixing ledge of a magnetic fixing disk with a fixing ledge of a stopper. CONSTITUTION: An operating unit(8) having a ring(8") is loosely fitted in a through hole(2") of a cover plate(2) of a body(1). When the operating unit is lifted down, fixing ledges(9) are fixed on a support ledge(2') formed on the circumference of the through hole. A fixing ledge formed on the lower portion of the operating unit is fixed on a fixing portion(2"') formed on the bottom surface of the through hole when the operating unit is lifted up. Inside a cylindrical body(11) fitted in a connecting shaft bar(12) connected to let and right shaft bars(6), a reverse rotation preventing body interposed with support disks is installed. On fixing ledges of the reverse rotating preventing body, a fixing unit connected to the support disk is fixed elastically. A ring gear(11') of the cylindrical body is engaged with a rack gear(10). A magnetic fixing disk(15) fixing the rotated angle of a rotating magnetic body(5) is fitted in the shaft bars. When a fixing ledge of a stopper is fixed on a fixing ledge of the magnetic fixing disk, a magnetic separating portion is fixed in the slightly inclined state.
