PURPOSE: A system for writing enhancement and a server system and a method of writing enhancement using the systems are to write enhancement for a data broadcasting service wherein the enhancement with an audio/video stream. CONSTITUTION: A content registering portion(10) sets announcement information necessary for writing a program scenario, an audio/video stream information and content information. An audio/video reproducing portion(20) reproduces the audio/video stream. A program scenario generating portion sets time information and property information to synchronize the enhancement including announcement, a content and a trigger with an audio/video stream. An environment information setting portion(8) sets an enhancement storing directory of a data server, an audio/video stream storing directory of a stream server and editor information. In the system, the content registering portion is comprised of a content parser(12) for generating a page related to a hypertext markup language file, an image, a script function of the page and frame information, and a content managing portion(14) for storing the page, the image, the script function and the frame information.
