PURPOSE: A method for inquiring an employment opportunity and collecting employees is provided to enable many users to use a method for collecting employees extensively using a computer network. CONSTITUTION: Individual criteria, qualifications, or attributes requested or necessary for a specific employment to be filled and including a job description are confirmed. The job description is stored in a database. Information with respect to personal criteria, qualifications, or attributes of each individual including a personal history is stored in the database. The individual criteria, qualifications, and attributes of the job description are compared with the personal criteria, qualifications, and attributes of the personal history by a computer, personal criteria, qualifications, and attributes mostly matched with the personal criteria, qualifications, and attributes are included, and a list of the personal histories stored in the database is created and developed.
