This invention pertains to field of food-industry, particularly to processing edible vegetable oil. The objective is to obtain multiple-component vegetable oils whichever completely keep full feed value of basic oil, as well as to use existing technology for producing single-component vegetable oils without additional equipment. The elementary version of multiple-component vegetable oil consists of two components: cold pressed basic oil and whatever dried edible spice having its particular taste and flavour. The components are used in prescribed weight-ratio. The cold processing method is realised without prior heat treatment.
