PURPOSE: A manufacturing and installing method for a steel structure using perlite concrete is provided to take precautions against fire by using noncombustible materials and to reduce the cost and period of construction by manufacturing a column and a cross beam using color steel plates and perlite concrete instead of wood or an H-beam. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing and installing method for a steel structure using perlite concrete comprises the steps of folding up a thin color steel plate, manufacturing a column and a crossbeam using high-strength materials, erecting a column, marking a spot to install a crossbeam and installing a section steel to place a crossbeam, forming a hole to fix an expended metal of a wall to be connected with the inside of the crossbeam, assembling and inserting four pieces of reinforcing bars to the inside of a pipe to complete a beam of a reinforced concrete steel plate pavement, hanging a beam over the section steel, then fastening with a bolt and placing perlite concrete on the appointed upper part.
