Trans-4-Ä4-(3-chloro-4-methoxybenzylamino)-benzothieno-Ä2,3-dÜpyrimidin-2-ylÜcyclohexanecarboxylic acid or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof is used for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of extrapyramidal movement disorders and/or adverse effects in extrapyramidal movement disorders.
