Control circuit comprises two input differential amplifiers, each with two transistors (T1,2;T5,6), both engaged by same input signal. Current flow through both amplifiers is controlled by current source (10,20) each. Module (T2,4,9;T5,7,10) generates variable level voltage signal from currents of both amplifiers. The voltage signal is converted in digital output signal by buffer (70). There is capacitor (C) (dis)charged in clock of digital output signal, voltage at capacitor serving as control voltage.
