PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition that can exert an expected rubber performance for a long time period and is excellent in anti-aging property, because hardening due to aging can be suppressed at a level higher than that of conventional techniques. SOLUTION: The rubber composition contains as an age resistor 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of at least one type of compound represented by general formulae (I) to (III) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>18</SP>are each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, and a saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group with carbon number of between 1 and 25 (contains as a substituent, any one or more of a sulfur atom, a nitrogen atom, and an oxygen atom), and any one of substituents containing a sulfur atom, a nitrogen atom, or an oxygen atom) per 100 parts by weight of a rubber component consisting at least one type of rubber selected from the group consisting of a natural rubber and a synthetic rubber.
