<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station and an operation control method capable of coping with a disaster quickly. <P>SOLUTION: The radio base station 101 in a radio base station system for wherein a radio terminal station 201 communicates with a device at the side of a network 51 via the radio base station 101 connected to the network 51 comprises: a radio section 2 for transmitting and receiving a radio signal to and from the radio terminal station 201; a line section 4 for transmitting and receiving a signal to and from the network 51; a sensor 5 for detecting jitter in its own radio base station 101; and a main control section 3 for controlling the radio section 2 based on a result detected by the sensor 5 to control the connection of the radio terminal station 201 to its own base station 101, or the network 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
