<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a stamper for manufacturing a light transmission plate, in which a lenticular light guide plate having a vertical and horizontal lens shapes in place of chevron type in the pattern of the stamper is manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: The method is composed of: a step of washing a planar glass; a step of making the washed glass coated with a photosensitive film by spin coating; a step of heat-treating the coated photosensitive film; a step of placing a vertical and a horizontal pattern mask and then exposing; a step of developing it through the exposed photosensitive film; a step of producing vertical and horizontal lens shapes, through heat treatment, on a part with the photosensitive film removed; a step of vapor-depositing an electrically conductive layer (such as Cu and Ni) film on the shapes to be produced; a step of producing a master by nickel plating on the completed pattern metal (such as Cu and Ni) face; and a step of releasing the master and producing the stamper by replating. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
