<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electronic circuit board in which time required for a tooling change is shortened. <P>SOLUTION: When a small-lot production is interposed between mass productions, electronic components intended for the mass production and available for use for the small-lot production are diverted to the small-lot production. Electronic components that are not covered by the diversion are supplied from a component feeder that is mounted on an available mounting position of a feeder support stage. The feeder mounting is executed during the mass production, thus making it possible to shorten the time required for a preparation to replace the component supplying device and to enhance production efficiency. Since the feeder for supplying electronic components for mass production is kept mounted on the feeder support stage, the replacement of the component supplying device is unnecessary when resuming the mass production, thus also making it possible to shorten the tooling change time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
