<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive band for a utility pole which is easily fitted and attached to the utility pole, and easily detached. <P>SOLUTION: The band for the utility pole is detachably attached to the utility pole 7, and is provided with a locking section 3 at one end of a body 1 having a label section 2 and comprising a flexible material, and a locked section 4 detachably engaged with the locking section 3 at the other end of the body 1. The locked section 4 is sequentially provided with a plurality of separable locked pieces 4a.
