PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anti-oxidizing peptides originated from royal jelly proteins. SOLUTION: The anti-oxidizing peptides are peptides which are the protease hydrolysates of royal jelly proteins and have specific amino acid sequences. The anti-oxidizing peptides are highly safe, because of being originated from the royal jelly proteins, and can enhance the survival rates of oxidation stress cells.
