PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive coating composition that is highly transparent and gives an extremely strong conductive thin film. SOLUTION: The conductive coating composition contains: an organic solvent dispersion of an intrinsic conductive polymer; and a binder of, for example, an acrylic resin, a polyester resin, a urethan resin, an epoxy resin, a polyvinyl alcohol resin, a melamine resin, gelatin and its derivative, cellulose and its derivative, a polyimide resin, a phenol resin, an organic silicide, a urea resin, a diallyl phthalate resin, and a butyral resin.
