PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an apparatus, a medium and a method by which images are reproduced by adding necessary information to images recorded on the information recording medium in the image information recording and reproducing device by a user while referring to the information. SOLUTION: The image information recording and reproducing device enables the user to obtain necessary information with respect to the recorded images by using the Internet and to link website information obtained by the Internet to the images. In addition, the image information recording and reproducing device discloses history of acquisition of website information to the user by a history information manipulating means when the recorded images are reproduced.
