PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor an object in a moving image while improving tracking precision by interactive processing. SOLUTION: Labeled data selected for every image clip are registered in a database, and an image featured value is calculated at each image clip of each frame, and tagging processing is executed by using the image featured value as a reference, and labeling and tagging results are visibly displayed together with a frame image.
