PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of generating and transferring handwritten memo data without using a memo sheet. SOLUTION: An extension telephone set 2 generates handwritten memo data on the basis of coordinate information received from a user through an externally attached or built-in tablet 24. Then, the handwritten memo data are transmitted to a main apparatus 1. The main apparatus stores the handwritten memo data received from the extension telephone set 2 and transmits the stored handwritten memo data to an extension 4 or a line wire 3 for other than a transmission source of the handwritten memo data.
