PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transmitting/receiving circuit which eliminates the need for a power amplifier compensating a local oscillation signal and a complicated distributor with a large loss, and which can switch a reception channel without increasing a reception noise. SOLUTION: A transmitting/receiving circuit has a plurality of antennas 11a-11e receiving a high-frequency signal, a local oscillator 12 generating a local oscillating signal, a plurality of mixers 15a-15e respectively connected to the antennas 11a-11e and converting a frequency of the high-frequency signal from corresponding antennas 11a-11e according to the local oscillation signal input from the local oscillator 12, and a switch 16 inputting the local oscillation signal generated by the local oscillator 12 to any one of the mixers 15a-15e, wherein a reception channel is switched by the switch 16.
