PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide communication control equipment to communicate with someone in a vehicle without recognizing the relation between occupants and their seats. SOLUTION: The communication control equipment 10 for controlling communication between communication devices attached to individual seats in a vehicle 1 is equipped with a control means 11. The control means 11 has seat data to associate a person's name determined by voiceprint data when he or she speaks in a seat in the vehicle 1 with the seat where the person speaks. When someone in a seat in the vehicle 1 speaks a name to talk to a person the control means 11 controls to connect a communication device attached to the seat corresponding to the name of the person intended to a communication device attached to the seat of the person who speaks the name of the person, referring to the seat data.
