PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device produced by utilizing a hard transparent substrate having inorganic glass like properties and plastic like properties and excellent in flexibility and by laminating several kinds of electronic materials for display devices. SOLUTION: The hard transparent substrate is obtained by curing a curable resin represented by general formula (1) and the curable resin comprises a dense structural part (A) having 0.68-0.8 Kp calculated by formula (2) and a thin structural part (B) having <0.68 Kp, wherein weight ratio of structural part (A)/(B) ia 0.01-5.00, and the resin has at least one unsaturated bond and 800-60,000 average molecular weight. -ä(A)-(B)<SB>m</SB>}<SB>n</SB>- (1) (m and n are≥1 integer) and Kp=An*Vw*p/Mw (2) [An=Avogadro's number; Vw=Van der Waals volume; p=density; Mw=molecular weight; Vw=ΣVa; Va=4π/R<SP>3</SP>-Σ1/3πhi<SP>2</SP>(3Ra-hi); hi=Ra-(Ra<SP>2</SP>+di<SP>2</SP>-Ri<SP>2</SP>)/2di; Ra=atomic radius; Ri=bonded atomic radius; and di=intratomic distance].
