PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetism-sensitive material enabling a functional material to be separated from a mixture by using a magnet; to provide a magnetism-sensitive medicament having a medicament bound and fixed to the surface of a fine particle having magnetism through an organic thin film covalently bound thereto, and having pharmacokinetics of the medicament controllable by using a magnet; and to provide methods for producing them. SOLUTION: In the magnetism-sensitive material 10, the fine particle 1 having the magnetism is covered with the thin film 4 formed out of a film compound having a second functional group. To the surface, a crosslinking agent 5 is bound, having a first crosslinking reactive group forming a covalent bond by reacting with the second functional group, and a second crosslinking reactive group forming a bond by reacting with a functional group of a functional material 6 through the covalent bond formed by the reaction of the second functional group with the first crosslinking reactive group. The functional material 6 is bound to the fine particle 1 through the bond formed by the reaction of the functional group of the functional material 6 with the second crosslinking functional group.
