PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tightening fitting improving structural strength of a rotary shaft against reaction force when pulling a second fastening band by winding it. SOLUTION: This tightening fitting is structured of: a first fastening member formed with a pair of shaft holes opposite to each other in the right and left; a rotary shaft rotatably received, passing through the pair of shaft holes in both ends thereof; a second fastening member pivotally supported by the rotary shaft so as to be brought in contact with/separated from the first fastening member by reciprocating turn thereof within a predetermined range around the rotary shaft; and a ratchet mechanism fitted to the rotary shaft so as to rotate the rotary shaft in a predetermined direction in approach of the first fastening member and the second fastening member relative to each other. The rotary shaft is structured of: a first shaft and a second shaft having a clearance between them along the axial direction of the rotary shaft; and a pair of guide pins connecting the first shaft and the second shaft to each other freely to be brought in contact with/separated from each other by sliding near the both ends of the rotary shaft.
