PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily reinforce reduction in strength caused by omitting columns, in a prefabricated building for forming a wide continuous space of omitting the columns. SOLUTION: This prefabricated building 1 is formed by fixing a building unit 120 of joining the column 21, a floor beam 22 and a ceiling beam 23 to a foundation. A column base of the building unit 120 is rigidly joined to the foundation, and a column omitting corner part determined in a plurality of respective adjacent building units 120, is arranged by mutually butting by a column omitting joining part. The ceiling beam 23 crossed with and arranged in the column omitting corner part in the same plane including the column omitting joining part 2 of the adjacent building units 120, is formed as a tie ceiling beam 121.
