PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely establish radio communication at a fixed probability while considering a damage due to collision accident which is increased depending on the traveling speed of the vehicle. SOLUTION: This inter-communication equipment installed in a vehicle such as an automobile for performing inter-vehicle radio communication by using a plurality of communication channels is provided with a control circuit as a communication ch switching means for switching a communication channel to be used for radio communication with a vehicle B according to the traveling speed of a vehicle A. A plurality of vehicle speed zones divided in the range of the traveling speed of a vehicle are set so as to be continued without being overlapped, and the control circuit is configured to switch the communication channel for every vehicle speed zone.
