The present invention refers to a milking device (1 ) for milking an animal during a milking operation A milking member (5) comprises at least one teatcup (6) to be attached to a teat of the animal to be milked. At least one long milk conduit (10) extends from the milking member and is connected to a milking machine for providing a milking vacuum in the teatcup. A removing device (30) is provided for removing the milking member from the animal during a removing operation when the milking operation is finished. The removing device is adapted to apply a variable force on the milking member for facilitating the removing of the milking member from the animal. |
