PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission mechanism of an engine which enables reduction of the number of components.SOLUTION: A power transmission mechanism of an engine includes: a crank shaft gear 131 disposed in a crank shaft 11; a first balance shaft gear 132 disposed in a balance shaft 12 and configured to mesh with the crank shaft gear 131; a second balance shaft gear 133 disposed in the balance shaft 12; and an inner rotor 135 and an outer rotor 136 disposed in a pump shaft 13. The outer rotor 136 is formed so as to serve as a transmission gear which meshes with the second balance shaft gear 133.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
