PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint for buried valve capable of easily installing a buried valve of fire hydrant and others in a short time.SOLUTION: A pipe joint for buried valve is used to connect a fire hydrant 4 as a buried valve installed in a pit to a water pipeline 7 as a buried pipeline. The pipe joint for buried valve comprises a joint body 1 connected to the water pipeline 7 and a base 2 fixed to the joint body 1. A rising pipe 3 is connected to and branched from the joint body 1. The fire hydrant 4 is fit to the rising pipe 3. A pit placing part 8 on which the pit is placed is formed on the base 2. The joint body 1 penetrates the pit placing part 8 and is detachably attached with a bolt 9 to the base 2 in the pit placing part 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
