摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidized system capable of easily obtaining high capacity without enlarging or stacking electrodes for power storage and high capacity in a water treatment system utilizing the same principles.SOLUTION: A flow electrode device 1 comprises: a cathode 10 formed from a cathode collector 11, a cathode separation membrane 13 and a cathode active material 12 flowing in a cathode flow passage 14 that is formed between the cathode collector and the cathode separation membrane; an anode 20 formed from an anode collector 21, an anode separation membrane 23 and an anode active material 22 flowing in an anode flow passage 24 formed between the anode collector and the anode separation membrane; and an electrolyte 30 flowing in an insulation spacer 34 that is formed between the cathode separation membrane and the anode separation membrane. The flow electrode device 1 is charged or discharged by moving ions between the electrolyte flowing in the electrolyte flow passage and the cathode active material 12 flowing in the cathode flow passage and between the electrolyte flowing in the electrolyte flow passage and the anode active material flowing in the anode flow passage.
