The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an electrode plate for a secondary battery using radiation-curing resin. Specifically, the present invention provides a step of applying a mixture including a positive electrode active material or a negative electrode active material, a conductive agent, and radiation-curing resin to a current collector surface (step 1); and a step of irradiating radiation onto the mixture formed on the current collector surface in an absorbed dose of 10 to 1000 kGy (step 2). According to the present invention, the radiation-curing resin is used as a binder of the electrode plate for the secondary battery, and the radiation is irradiated onto the radiation-curing resin to improve adhesive strength between the current collector and the active materials. In addition, a drying step is able to be omitted due to the radiation irradiation, so that the method for manufacturing the electrode plate is simple and thus costs are lowered. Further, volume expansion of the active material in the secondary battery is prevented due to curing of the binder irradiated with the radiation, so that a secondary battery including the secondary battery electrode plate manufactured by the manufacturing method represents more stable battery efficiency and is increased in lifespan. |
