The objective of the present invention is to provide an aerosol product for forming a warming cream composition, said aerosol product making it possible to obtain excellent dispersion stability in a hydration exothermic substance powder and to easily form a warming cream composition having a sufficient warming effect. This aerosol product comprises a dual-structure container that is provided with a discharge mechanism for simultaneously discharging contents that have been filled into two stock solution filling spaces, said aerosol product being characterized in that: a propellant comprising compressed gas is filled into a propellant filling space; a composition in which a hydration exothermic substance powder is dispersed in a liquid medium containing a polyhydric alcohol and a higher alcohol and having a viscosity (20 °C) of 1000-10000 mPa·s, said composition containing 10-40 mass% of the hydration exothermic substance powder and 0.05-20 mass% of the higher alcohol and having a viscosity (20 °C) of 1000-125000 mPa·s, is filled into a first stock solution filling space; and a composition containing water and 0.1-10 mass% of a viscosity modifier is filled into a second stock solution filling space.
