PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation device in which off-set of toner to a fixation ring form is suppressed.SOLUTION: A fixation device 60 comprises: a fixation ring form 15 which includes a ring substrate containing a conductive agent, an elastic layer provided on the outer peripheral surface of the substrate and a release layer provided on the outer peripheral surface of the elastic layer and has permeability to an infrared ray in at least a partial wavelength region between 600 nm and 1000 nm; a rotary member 36 which conveys a recording medium P between the fixation ring form 15 and itself by being in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the fixation ring form 15 and rotating in the circumstantial direction; and an infrared ray laser beam irradiation unit 70 which irradiates a toner image T unfixed on the recording medium P with a laser beam I of the infrared ray via the fixation ring form 15 at the position where the fixation ring form 15 and the recording medium P are brought into contact with each other and fixes the toner image T on the recording medium P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
