PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flue and smoke pipe boiler capable of realizing low NOx and reduction of oscillating combustion.SOLUTION: A combustion chamber 23 is disposed in a casing. A smoke pipe is connected to the combustion chamber 23. A combustion device 31 includes a primary fuel nozzle 37 disposed on an axis of a combustion air supply throat 33, a flame holder 41 disposed at an inner peripheral side of the combustion air supply throat 33 around the primary fuel nozzle 37, and a plurality of secondary fuel nozzles 52 disposed at an outer peripheral side of the combustion air supply throat 33 at intervals to each other in the circumferential direction on an annular region with an axis 100 as a center, and supplying the secondary fuel from a tip portion of the primary flame formed at a downstream portion of the flame holder 41 to a range of a central portion in the downstream direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
