<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently enable a user to use an image formation apparatus by notifying the user of not only the current using circumstances of the image formation apparatus but also the using circumstances of each image formation apparatus by assuming the using circumstances such as time designation. <P>SOLUTION: This image formation system is configured by connecting a plurality of image formation apparatuses 1 to 3 such as MFP, one or more PC 7, a job reservation management server 5 and a log management server 6 on a network 8. A user is able to make the image formation apparatuses perform various processing such as printing by designating his or her desired job from the PC 7 through the network 8 or from one of the image formation apparatuses. Then, when the user uses one of the image formation apparatuses 1 to 3, the image formation apparatus receives job reservation circumstances from the job reservation management server 5, and performs weight calculation base on the circumstance, and notifies the user of the using circumstances of the image formation apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
