摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy against the center frequency and to reduce the influence of unneeded waves, by transmitting signals with the use of the elastic surface wave group to which the odd-order high frequency group is added at the fundamental frequency of f0/(2n+1) against frequency f0 corresponding to the center frequency.
