An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to improve durability of an LCD to which a touch panel is attached by preventing a crack generated in a bonding portion where the substrate and a flexible printed circuit board are connected. An LCD panel displays an image. A touch panel includes a first substrate(31) formed at a front surface of the LCD panel, a second substrate(34) facing the first substrate, and a first transparent electrode(32) and a second transparent electrode(35) disposed on the first substrate and the second substrate. A flexible circuit board includes conducive layers(122a,122b) disposed in at least the portions of front and back surfaces of a base film(120) and electrically connected through a via hole(123), a passivation layer(125) disposed on the conductive layer and having at least portion overlapping the second transparent electrode, a first conductive adhesive agent(124a) disposed between the second transparent electrode and the conductive layer and having one surface contacting one side of the passivation layer, and a second conductive adhesive agent(124b) contacting a back surface of the conductive layer disposed at the back surface of the base film, one surface of the conductive layer disposed at the back surface of the base film, and one portion of the base film. |
