<p>PURPOSE:To re-utilize brewage lees as a livestock feed by rotating the raw solution of the brewage lees to form the thin film of the raw solution on the inner wall surface of a raw solution concentrator, continuously concentrating the thin film and subsequently mixing the concentrated product with a feed fed from outside. CONSTITUTION:A raw solution of brewage lees is fed from a brewage lee raw solution-storing section into a raw solution concentrator and rotated to form the thin film of the raw solution on the inner surface of the raw solution concentrator with a centrifugal force produced by the rotation of e.g. a freely rotatable rotation mechanism. The formed thin film falls by the self weight thereof along the wall surface to the outlet of the raw solution concentrator and the thin film of the raw solution is simultaneously concentrated, e.g. with heated steam to a prescribed water content. The concentrated raw solution is mixed with a feed fed from outside to provide a livestock feed.</p> |
